Our commitment

JustBetterSite is committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility not just as a legal obligation but as a value — that anyone, regardless of vision, hearing, motor, or cognitive abilities, can use the site with the same ease.

Conformance level

The site is built to conform to the Israeli Standard IS 5568 level AA, aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA. Conformance is implemented per the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML — clean heading hierarchy (h1→h2→h3), nav, main, footer, article.
• Full RTL support for Hebrew and LTR for English.
• Color contrast — primary text exceeds 7:1 ratio against the dark background.
• Optimized fonts — Heebo for Hebrew, Inter for English, sized for readability.
• Keyboard navigation — every link, button, and form field responds to Tab/Enter.
• Forms with clear labels, explicit error messages, aria-labels on icon-only buttons.
• Alt text on content images, aria-hidden on decorative icons.
• Subtle, non-flashing animations — no content known to trigger seizures.
• Responsive layout that works at 200% zoom.
• Screen reader support (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) via standard semantic markup.

Known gaps

• Demo videos and client work images may lack full transcripts/descriptions at launch. Transcripts are available on request.
• Third-party embeds (e.g. YouTube videos or the LeadBot demo) — accessibility depends on the third party and is not always under our control.
• Interactive blog charts may not be fully accessible to assistive tech. Important data is also presented as text.

If something doesn't work

If you encounter an accessibility issue — a link that doesn't open, text that doesn't read, an element that doesn't respond to keyboard — please contact our accessibility coordinator. We will fix it within a reasonable time (usually within 7 business days), or explain why a fix isn't feasible and offer an alternative way to access the content or service.
